Saturday evenings' final team penning and jackpot was a huge success, with the team of Harold, Rich, and Laurie sharing the jackpot of almost $500! After raining off and on all day, the weather cleared, giving us a perfect end to a perfect summer of fun with the cattle. A very special thank you to Kathy and Glenn who spent their summer feeding and watering twice daily, doctoring, and running our cattle program. It was a ton of work for them, and they deserve our most sincere thanks. Besides all the fun, the cows have been the club's single biggest source of revenue, which will allow us to make further capital improvements to the facilities!
